Credit Purchase Policy

Please read before you buy.

One-time purchase. Every credit pack is a one-time payment, not a subscription. You will not be billed again.
Instant delivery. Credits are added to your account balance as soon as JVZoo confirms your payment.
How long credits last. Creator and Channel credits never expire. Network and Agency credits last 12 months, and First Refill credits last 60 days. Credits that expire soonest are always spent first.
Non-refundable. Credit packs are non-refundable once the credits are added to your account. Credits are used up when pictures, clips and scores are made, and cannot be reversed, returned or exchanged for cash.
Immediate delivery & right of withdrawal. By purchasing, you expressly request and consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and services, and acknowledge that by accessing your credits you waive your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Stackable. Creator, Channel, Network and Agency can be bought as many times as you like and stack on top of your plan credits. First Refill can be bought once per account; a second purchase adds no credits and is refunded.
Pricing. Prices may change at any time. Credits you have already bought are not affected by any later price change.
Account-linked. Credits belong to the RocketToons account they were bought for and cannot be transferred.
Agreement. By buying a credit pack, you agree to this Credit Purchase Policy and the RocketToons Terms of Service.
