Each upgrade is covered from its own purchase date, so an upgrade you buy later gets its own 30 days.
How refunds are processed
RocketToons is sold through JVZoo, which acts as the retailer for our products. Refunds are issued through JVZoo to the payment method you used. You can also request a refund directly from your JVZoo purchase receipt.
Please include the email address you purchased with and your JVZoo transaction ID so we can find your order quickly.
What happens after a refund
- Access to the refunded product is removed, including any upgrades that depend on it.
- Any credits that came with the refunded product are cancelled.
- Download any films you want to keep before you request the refund.
After 30 days
No refund will be provided after 30 days from the purchase of a product.
Refunds we issue ourselves
We hold the authority to refund a purchase without any request from the buyer, for example in cases of abuse of the service or a breach of our Terms of Use. A refund of this kind ends access to the software and to support immediately.
