What is GDPR?
GDPR stands for General Data Protection Regulation, the EU law that protects people’s personal data. Here we explain how we protect your data, what our responsibility is, and what your responsibility is. We suggest you read this page together with our Privacy Policy before you decide to use RocketToons.
Definition of personal data
Any data that relates to an individual is that person’s personal data. It could be someone’s name, image, email address, physical address, social media post, location, computer IP address and so on. Wherever and however it is saved, your personal data belongs to you. We do not show, save, share or otherwise use it without your permission, and if we share any data with a third party we say so in advance in our Privacy Policy.
Our responsibility
RocketToons is a hosted application operated by Farfetched Media Labs Private Limited. We are responsible for how the data you give us directly (such as your name and email) and indirectly (such as your browser and IP address) is stored on our databases and servers, and for keeping it secure. We tell you about the temporary data (cookies and sessions) and permanent data (saved to our database) we keep, and you can have your personal data erased permanently when you delete your account or cancel your service.
No system connected to the internet is completely free of risk. We take commercially reasonable measures to protect your data, and we suggest you do not upload anything to RocketToons that could compromise you or anyone else.
Your responsibility
Keeping your own login details safe is your responsibility. Your password is encrypted in our database, but a dictionary word or a predictable password can still give someone access to your account. Change your password if you notice any suspicious activity, or if you ever had to share your login with someone else. Always think before you submit personal data, including the photos and prompts you upload.

Supported GDPR features
Delete my data. When you cancel your service or delete your account, you can ask us to delete all data that belongs to your account. This action is irreversible: once you confirm, your data is erased from our database and servers. Download any films you want to keep first.
Encryption. We encrypt sensitive personal data, such as passwords, in our database. Some data cannot be encrypted because we need to show it to you when you log in, like your name and email.
Cookies and sessions. Session cookies are destroyed when you log out. We suggest you don’t save your password in a shared browser; use a password manager instead.
No commercial tracking. We do not record your activity to profile you or push you toward a decision. We may store your login time and IP address for security purposes only.
Account notifications. You are notified by email about important account activity, such as account creation and password changes. Change your password if anything looks unusual.
Policy updates. You will be notified of any changes to our Privacy Policy or this page.
HTTPS everywhere. All traffic between your browser and RocketToons is encrypted.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@rockettoons.pro.
Data breach policy
We store your data carefully, with encryption, input checking and protection against common attacks such as SQL injection. If we become aware of a security incident that affects your personal data, we will inform the affected users by email.
